Domain names registered on behalf of clients are subject to the policies of domain registrars.

Clients are responsible for timely renewal payments to avoid expiration or loss of domain ownership.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients retain ownership of content, logos, and materials they provide.

  • Ownership of completed website designs and custom-developed deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
